Terrible. 45 year old severely handicapped son. Doctor intimated we must buy These Shoes. Dr. Decided to change AFO style
Billy Goat too low to work with AFO. Tried to return, but website confusing, tried to get help from Billy. . . None.
Shoes took two weeks to arrive from time of order.
Finally got through on December 18 to beg for help with return. Billy replied on December 21. . "YOU CANNOT RETURN SHOES, THAT EXPIRED ON DECEMBER 20. " Out the cost of shoes. . NEVER AGAIN. ZERO HELP for parent of our needy son. Took the money, we are stuck with unusable shoes. We will stick with buying a product IN PERSON. Extremely disappointed. Anyone need a 9. 5 EEEEE Billy Goat, otherwise, into the trash. We are disabled Seniors, caring for our Son. No Billy for us!

Bought these for my disabled

Bought these for my disabled father who is wheelchair bound and relies on others for almost every aspect of self care. He had a stroke and has foot drop and his affected side tends to swell which was making it difficult for myself and care takers to put shoes on him. Tried velcro, slip ons etc but these are a game changer. They are so much easier and the care takers love them and thanked me because it may be something small but makes their job a little easier. He loves how comfortable they are and the look of them. I also like that the sole can be removed if needed for when he has a swelling flare up. He will be getting a kafo soon also and will definitely make it easier to put his shoes on with the brace. Already looking to see what pair im going to get him next. Also his physical therapist absolutely loves these and has never seen shoes like this before and now tells everyone about them.

Difficult to get the right size initially

I went to Nordstroms for a fitting before ordering. They just measured the length and width. I used the chart and Billy’s video and was able to get the right size. I’m having trouble getting the shoe on with my AFO by myself, but this is getting easier. The AFOs and the shoes are both new to me. It’s like learning to walk again. I am told it will take time

These are the first shoes we've found that fit my dad's very swollen feet with the AFO in place. The top zipper makes them easy to put on.
