Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.

Refund Policy
The refund can be requested by logging into your "My Account" page and pressing the "Request Refund" button. In the event there are any issues, feel free to contact our customer service team at support@faridhub.com.
Once you have submitted an online refund request, the process is conducted in 3 simple steps:
- Pick-up: 2–4 working days to arrange and pick up the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Process: Up to 2 working days to perform a quality check and issue the refund.
- Refund: Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 14 working days to process the refund transaction.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery, and as a result, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations.
However, if there is an issue with your order upon delivery—such as damage, defect, or incorrect items—you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Return Policy
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. In all circumstances, you can return any purchase(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. The return request could be submitted through the "My Account" section, or alternatively you may email us at support@faridhub.com with the order number you're requesting the return for.
Regardless of your original shipping address, there are no fees associated with the return. All products must be returned unworn and unused, with all related accessories (tags, shoe laces, dust bag(s), replacement tap-heels and brand merchandise, if any) included within the original box and packaging. Please be sure to try on any shoes you've bought on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid scratching the sole of the shoe, which could result in damaging the item(s) and refusal of the return. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Products unused and in a satisfactory condition can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and the original payment method will be refunded. Alternatively, if the returned item(s) have been damaged and/or worn, the return will not be accepted, and a member of our Customer Service Team will be in touch with you.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s) (with the exception of delivery charges). Merchandise returned to Farid Hub will be processed within ten business days (2 weeks) of receipt.
Refunds can take between 10–45 business days, depending on your registered bank.
Farid Hub has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise and packaging that has been worn, used or damaged. Merchandise that has been altered or damaged will not be accepted. Return of defective items is limited to defects that are not caused by either product misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
Unfortunately, exchanges are currently unavailable. Alternatively, we suggest you return your item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date and create a new order.

Bought these for my disabled
Bought these for my disabled father who is wheelchair bound and relies on others for almost every aspect of self care. He had a stroke and has foot drop and his affected side tends to swell which was making it difficult for myself and care takers to put shoes on him. Tried velcro, slip ons etc but these are a game changer. They are so much easier and the care takers love them and thanked me because it may be something small but makes their job a little easier. He loves how comfortable they are and the look of them. I also like that the sole can be removed if needed for when he has a swelling flare up. He will be getting a kafo soon also and will definitely make it easier to put his shoes on with the brace. Already looking to see what pair im going to get him next. These are the first shoes we've found that fit my dad's very swollen feet with the AFO in place. The top zipper makes them easy to put on. Shoes are well made, and they work with Allard Toe Off Blue Rocker AFOs. Using the zipper is a little tough unless you can get two hands to the shoe when first putting it on. Hopefully with practice it will be easier.
