The refund can be requested by logging into your "My Account" page and pressing the "Request Refund" button. In the event there are any issues, feel free to contact our customer service team at support@faridhub.com.
Once you have submitted an online refund request, the process is conducted in 3 simple steps:
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery, and as a result, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations.
However, if there is an issue with your order upon delivery—such as damage, defect, or incorrect items—you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. In all circumstances, you can return any purchase(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. The return request could be submitted through the "My Account" section, or alternatively you may email us at support@faridhub.com with the order number you're requesting the return for.
Regardless of your original shipping address, there are no fees associated with the return. All products must be returned unworn and unused, with all related accessories (tags, shoe laces, dust bag(s), replacement tap-heels and brand merchandise, if any) included within the original box and packaging. Please be sure to try on any shoes you've bought on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid scratching the sole of the shoe, which could result in damaging the item(s) and refusal of the return. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Products unused and in a satisfactory condition can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and the original payment method will be refunded. Alternatively, if the returned item(s) have been damaged and/or worn, the return will not be accepted, and a member of our Customer Service Team will be in touch with you.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s) (with the exception of delivery charges). Merchandise returned to Farid Hub will be processed within ten business days (2 weeks) of receipt.
Refunds can take between 10–45 business days, depending on your registered bank.
Farid Hub has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise and packaging that has been worn, used or damaged. Merchandise that has been altered or damaged will not be accepted. Return of defective items is limited to defects that are not caused by either product misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
Unfortunately, exchanges are currently unavailable. Alternatively, we suggest you return your item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date and create a new order.

I've tried a few types of Billy's over the years but the extra cloth that protects from my toes rubbing the zipper is a really good feature. I liked that they came with a variety of liner's to adjust thickness. I think a bit of padding around the sidewalk by the pinky toe would be nice but I'm pretty sure that's just a me problem with my janky toes

What's not to like about "Billy Zips"? Today I received the 4th pair of Billy shoes I've bought over the past three years. Delivery is prompt. These latest ones are men's Charcoal Limitless, size 10. 5. The other styles I have are Black to the Floor Work Comfort Low, Navy/White CS Sneaker Low, and Charcoal Suede Comfort Jogger. The features I like in all of them are that they are comfortable, supportive, plush insoles, AFO-friendly, easy to put on, and sizing is true to size. The CS Sneaker has a short zipper and is not as easy to put on with an AFO as the others, which have the full zipper. My left side (hand, arm, leg, foot) is disabled from a stroke. With the AFO in the shoes, I can simply 'plop' my feet into the shoes and zip them closed without a struggle. My new Limitless shoes are lightweight, and the fabric has enough give to ease pain on a bunion. A nice touch is the inclusion of extra insoles, laces, and pull tabs. Although the Limitless are more expensive than most of the Billy shoes, I bought them on a 25% off flash sale. The Limitless are made with Billy's best technology. Billy shoes are super!

Comfortable shoe. There is a small flap on the inside of the shoe near your toes that isn’t photographed, but it is flexible mesh that can be worked around. Pretty light weight. The back part of the sole (white part) isn’t as prominent in real life as it is in the photos, which I like. I have noticed a difference (improved) in my walking gait with these shoes - they almost feel “springy†in the sense they add a little “pep to my stepâ€. Zipper is nicely concealed and pretty discreet. Laces are nice, zipper is of good quality like all my other Billy Shoes. Traction is good to ok, wish they would put a little more rubber in the sole to help with traction, but then again maybe some forgiveness is good. Photos are from approximately 2 weeks of everyday use. Holding up great so far! Works well with my AFO’s.

The design of this shoe and the material of construction (MOC) is the best so far amongst all the shoes we have tried for AFOs. Although we went up in the width from what we had been using from a W to XW, it definitely made it easier to put in and remove the AFOs and custom shoe inserts as we use two sets of AFOs during the day. Although the shoe is wider, it does not adversely impact the gait or affect the feet from getting caught while stepping. In fact, the gait seems better despite the XW shoes. The MOC is also so much better, and the front of the shoes do not wear off with a toe drag gait, in fact, toe drag is also reduced. It's been only a few days of use, but we are optimistic that this experience willl continue as we use the shoes longer.
