The refund can be requested by logging into your "My Account" page and pressing the "Request Refund" button. In the event there are any issues, feel free to contact our customer service team at support@faridhub.com.
Once you have submitted an online refund request, the process is conducted in 3 simple steps:
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery, and as a result, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations.
However, if there is an issue with your order upon delivery—such as damage, defect, or incorrect items—you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. In all circumstances, you can return any purchase(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. The return request could be submitted through the "My Account" section, or alternatively you may email us at support@faridhub.com with the order number you're requesting the return for.
Regardless of your original shipping address, there are no fees associated with the return. All products must be returned unworn and unused, with all related accessories (tags, shoe laces, dust bag(s), replacement tap-heels and brand merchandise, if any) included within the original box and packaging. Please be sure to try on any shoes you've bought on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid scratching the sole of the shoe, which could result in damaging the item(s) and refusal of the return. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Products unused and in a satisfactory condition can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and the original payment method will be refunded. Alternatively, if the returned item(s) have been damaged and/or worn, the return will not be accepted, and a member of our Customer Service Team will be in touch with you.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s) (with the exception of delivery charges). Merchandise returned to Farid Hub will be processed within ten business days (2 weeks) of receipt.
Refunds can take between 10–45 business days, depending on your registered bank.
Farid Hub has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise and packaging that has been worn, used or damaged. Merchandise that has been altered or damaged will not be accepted. Return of defective items is limited to defects that are not caused by either product misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
Unfortunately, exchanges are currently unavailable. Alternatively, we suggest you return your item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date and create a new order.

These shoes are designed with brace users in mind, fitting over braces seamlessly.
I wear a KAFO on one leg and an AFO on the other, so finding comfortable shoes is usually expensive. The Billy High Tops have been a great solution.
The heavier-duty material reduces rubbing caused by my braces. The full wrap-around zippers make getting them on and off easy.
They also look great, which is important when you’ve spent a lot on orthopedic shoes. The price is excellent, and I’ve paid more for shoes that offered less comfort, durability, and style.
Billy’s customer service was impressive. They helped me choose the right size and model, and their knowledge of their products was impressive. Competent, friendly customer support is rare.
If you wear braces, consider this shoe. They’re practical, durable, stylish, and reasonably priced.

Nice upgrade from the BILLY CS High Tops which the sole is somewhat thin and my son wore out rather quickly because of the way his ucb's sit inside the shoe. This shoe has a more cushioned ride and better padding similar to a running shoe. Would love to see the upper offer more support for over pronators.
